"Buying a house was one of my greatest fears, and I put it off as long as I could. When we adopted our 3rd child, that gave me the nudge I needed to do it. We talked to Casey and right away you could tell she knew her stuff.  "Dr. Newell we at Bridges Real Estate, LLC pride ourselves on customer service. We do not show property unless the client is preapproved or has a proof of funds letter from their bank institution. Sellers are not letting buyers in their homes unless they are qualified to buy that property. This is to protect our clients both buyers and sellers. If you were to view a property and are not approved you would have to go through the application process with a lender before you could offer on said property. The time it will take to go through that process may or would cause you to loss the property of interest due to most listings going under contact in such a short time from the listing date. The other side of that would be if you go through the loan process and are denied a loan approval. At that point we will have wasted the seller's time, your time, and my firm's time. I will continue to screen potential clients for all those reasons.."
